The “Real Leadership” management workshop was successfully held, enrolling 75 management-level employees from 12 subsidiaries and affiliated companies of the Bodi Group.

The workshop is organized annually to develop leadership, teamwork, and team management skills.

The management-level employees who participated in the meeting presented the results of the work implemented and accomplished in 2023, openly shared their achievements and lessons learned to the participants of other companies, and discussed the possibility of future cooperation within the group company and working methods.

Also, trainings and discussions were organized around the topics to advance the capabilities of management personnel, to improve internal organization and coordination of companies, and to increase work production and performance.
