On the 96th anniversary of the modern construction industry, the best enterprises and the best buildings were announced.

The Ministry of Construction and Urban Development, the Construction Development Center, and the Mongolian Chamber of Urban Development organized the “Best Building” award for the 18th year.

The Tavantolgoi-Gashuunsuhait railway complex project consists of stations, junctions, a central management building, and rollingstock repair and maintenance buildings, by Bodi Properties LLC, was acknowledged as an environmentally friendly and eco building and named as the “Best Building”.

The Best Building award ceremony is unique in that it recognizes the contribution of business organizations to development, society, and construction of Mongolia. It is of great importance to support the social responsibility of construction companies.
